Caroline E. Allen, administrator of the estate of B.W. Allen, sold on January 1, 1863, to Revd. T.S.L. Harrell “a certain negro girl named Minda about eleven years of age…” by virtue of an order from the Liberty County Superior Court Judge on December 27, 1862, empowering her to sell Minda at public or private sale. Witnessed by S.A. Fraser, John Girardeau, Notary Public. Recorded on March 25, 1863, by S.A. Fraser, Clerk.
