Abial Winn, Liberty County, used as collateral on a bond of $900 to Peter W. Fleming, guardian of Alice G. Walthour, both of Liberty County, on June 15, 1860: “the following negro slaves with the issue of the female (viz): Toney aged about twenty five, Betty aged about twenty years.” Witnessed by W.A. Fleming, S.L. Fleming. Probated by W.A. Fleming before W.E.W. Quarterman on June 25, 1860. Recorded on 10 July 1860 by Jesse Brewer, Clerk.
