State of Georgia, Liberty County } The last will and testament of Amarintha M. Stevens now of Liberty County in the State aforesaid. In the name of God Amen. I Amarintha M. Stevens knowing the uncertainty of life & being now of advanced age, yet possessed of sound mind & memory do publish this my last will & testatment in manner and form following to wit.
Art 1st. I give & bequeath to my daughter Louisa M. Delegal my servant woman Sarah her present & future issue at my decease.
Art 2nd. I give and bequeath to my grand children Florence West, Jane Ida & James D. Stevens each the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid by my son Wm. C. Stevens twelve months from my decease without interest from the monies due me by note.
Art 3d. I leave the further sum of one hundred dollars to be paid by my son Wm. C. from his note due me for the erection of a suitable tomb stone over my deceased daughter Caroline G. Williams.
Art 4th. I constitute & appoint my son Wm. C. Stevens Executor of this my last will and testament this fourteenth day April in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eighteen hundred and Fifty Seven.
