Georgia, Liberty County } I Augustus O. Bacon, of aforesaid State and County, being of sound mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, viz.

Item 1st. I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife, Mary Louisa Bacon, the girl Phillis.

Item 2d. The residue and remainder of my estate, of which kind or nature soever, I give and bequeath unto my said wife, and unto my child or children, as the case may be, to be divided equally between them, share and share alike.
