Will Summary (published 1964)
Elizabeth Stone. Last Will and Testament dated November 5, 1820, probated February 5, 1821. She directs that her slave wench to be hired out and the proceeds to go one-half to her grandson, Daniel F. Sullivan and other half to her grandson Thomas C. Sullivan, a minor. Certain items of wearing apparel to her friend Mrs. Cynthia Mell and to testatrix’ sister (unnamed). Remainder of estate to said two grandsons. No executor named. Witnesses: William Hughes, Wm. T. Mell.

“After my funeral expenses is paid, do wish my executors, hereafter named, to hire out my wench Elvina. “
“Likewise, if my grandson Daniel F. Sullivan should die, I give the wench Elvina, with all her increase, to my grandson Thomas C. Sullivan, to him forever.”
