Elizabeth Bennet [alt: Bennett], widow. Last Will and Testament dated January 24, 1802. Probated December 6, 1803. Gives to Ann Baker, wife of Nathaniel Baker; to Mary Winn, widow; to Amarintha Elliott McGowen; to Rebecca Eliza Burnley, daughter of Samuel Burnley the remainder of her estate. Executors: Samuel Burnley and Samuel Lewis. Witnesses: Elijah — (surname note recorded) [sic, Lewis], Sallie Lewis, Stephen Matlock.

“It is my will that all my just debts and funeral charges be paid, and then I will that my negro woman Willoby [alt: Willowby, Willoughby] be absolutely set free and thirty dollars to be gave her out of my estate.”

“I give to Ann Baker the wife of Nathanael [alt: Nathaniel] Baker a negro girl named Affey [alt: Affee] to her and her heirs and assigns forever.”
