John Lambright of Liberty County, planter. Last Will and Testament dated November 15, 1791; no date of probate shown in record. Gives to wife Margaret, to daughter Mary, and sons John, William, James, Samuel, daughter Nancy and his unborn child. Said James, Samuel and Nancy being underage. Executors: Wife, brother William Lambright of S.C. [South Carolina]; son-in-law, William Baker, Capt. Audley Maxwell, Joseph Law Jr., son John Lambright and son William Lambright. Witnesses: James Ladson, James Wilkinson and Gideon Dowse.

To wife Margaret Lambright: “all those slaves wich [sic] I have in a former deed secured to her, which are now living Viz. Hary [Harry?], Lucy, Sary, Cyrus, Culy, Jenny, Chloe, Charles, Frank and Miley with their issue and increase…”
To daughter Mary: “One Negro Woman named Lily [or Sily] and her children named Binah [clearly says Binah but maybe meant Dinah?] Rose and [left blank] with their issue and increase to her and her heirs forever.”
“I also desire the remainder of my Slaves to be kept together to work out my debts, now due by me, for land, and then an equal distribution to be made between my children then living, share and share alike, to…” [goes on to name children]. [Also gives detailed description of how he would like his plantation divided.]
